"On The Go" Gluten Free Snacks



Summer is still in full swing! Whether your taking a road trip, flying somewhere, or just heading to the beach for the day below is a list of "On The Go" gluten free snacks that I rely on when packing my suitcase or beach bag. 
  • Dried fruit
  • Veggies- Celery sticks with peanut butter, 
  • Plain nuts- Trader Joe's has a wide selection
  • Dried cereal in bags- Rice Chex
  • Fruits- sliced apples, bananas
  • Hummus (on day trips only)
  • Baby Bel or Laughing Cow cheeses
  • Glutino Pretzels
  • Chips
  • Cookies- anything Pam
  • Crackers- NutThins or CrunchMaster 
  • Rice Cakes with peanut butter or sliced avocado
  • Luna Protein Bars
  • Lara Bars
  • Think Thin- Crunchy Peanut Butter is my favorite
  • A few slices of Udi's or Rudi's bread in my "To-Go" carrier & peanut butter
  • Pastariso Instant Rice Mac & Cheese Meal Cup
