Land of the Gluten-Free & Home of the Brave

The 4th of July- a day of BBQ's, picnics & family gatherings! This year I decided to bring back a holiday favorite after discovering Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® Gluten Free developed a brown rice product. Bringing back the SNAP, CRACKLE & POP to the gluten free diet- very exciting!
Recipe: Peanut Butter Balls


1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 box powered sugar
1 (18-oz) jar creamy peanut butter
3 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® Gluten Free
1 (8-ox.) package chocolate chips

Mix butter, powered sugar, peanut butter, and Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® Gluten Free into 1 inch balls. Chill 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips. Dip one side of the peanut butter into chocolate. Add red, white & blue sprinkles while chocolate is still hot. Chill before serving, Enjoy!
